Expected columns: First Name, Last Name, Position, Class Year, Club Team, High School, GPA, Height, State/Country, Tier, Status
Import Tournament Schedule
CSV with required Name and Start Date. Optional: Location, End Date, Notes, Coaches Attending, Players Attending.
Import Practice Schedules
CSV with required Player Name and Class Year. Optional: Championship, Team, Club Link, Mon–Sun (each cell “8:00pm-9:45pm” or “20:00-21:45”).

Compliance Rules
Full NCAA D1 contact restrictions with dead periods and call limits.
Juniors/Seniors: All contact methods allowed during open contact period.
Sophomores: Only email and postal mail permitted. No calls, texts, DMs, or FaceTime until June 15 before junior year.
Freshmen: No direct contact of any kind. Evaluation at events only. Camp invitations via email permitted.
No in-person contact allowed during dead period. Phone, email, and text still permitted.
Maximum one phone call per week to any prospect during contact period. Applies to Class of 2027.
Coaching Staff
Manage your coaching staff list. Used for tournament coach attendance and assignment.
Default Nudge Settings
When creating a new key date, the nudge reminder will default to this many days before the event.
Auto Action Items
When you create an event tagged to athletes, RecruitEdge automatically drops related action items into your queue. Turn off the ones you don't want, or adjust the day offsets.
Good luck 1 day before start, follow up 1 day after it ends.
Drivers exam, graduation, etc. — day-of check-in.
Mail a card 5 days before · Wish happy birthday day-of. Card is suppressed if compliance blocks mail for that class.
3 days out + due-date.
Day-of good-luck for rival and playoff games only. Unstarred HS games never generate items.
Compliance events (NCAA dead periods, transfer portal, etc.) never generate auto-items.
